It is used in organizing lectures, debates and workshops through visual communication remotely, and with a capacity of 24 people. The design of the hall has taken into account its ability to hold electronic dialogues and scientific seminars between different individuals and specialists from various local and international academic and cultural institutions and bodies, in order to activate the principle of encouraging dialogues.
